General Questions

Yes. All accounts can be upgraded. Upgrades will happen the same business day. in dedicated servers CPU can not be upgraded and new order should be placed.

No, For security reasons We don't store any card information on your client area or database.

Service cancellation requests are processed directly through your ServerSub client area (Manager). Please log in to your client area, go to the my services section and click on toggle button beside View Details and click on Request Cancellation. Follow the steps to request and confirm your account cancellation.

No, there is not refund policy for domain registration.

We will keep your information max 10 days and after passing this period we will delete it. restoring data during this 10 days requires to pay late fee.

No, there is not refund policy for Dedicated servers.

No, Customers limited to have only one account with real user information. ServerSub may request in any period of time to verify your account.

When order marked as fraud system will open a ticket on your client area (manager), you just need to login your client area and answer ticket to activate your order.

Servers Questions

Bitcoin mining would be inappropriate as the servers do not feature dedicated GPU's. You'll need to notify us if you're going to be running CPU 100% 24 hours/day as it will incur additional cooling and power costs.

To set RDNS for your Virtual server please submit a ticket for support to set it for you and allow 24-72 hours for this to propagate.

If IPMI or KVM not included on your service (Dedicated server) you can submit a ticket for support to reload it for you. This will count as your one free reload of the billing period. Every additional reload for server during the same billing cycle will incur a $30 reload fee.
